Company was great with providing excellent service to employees and clients. The team in the office made it a point to help and take care of the field staff.

Minimal face to face contact with field staff

Great compensation/benefits and a very supportive corporate culture.

Not a lot of advancement opportunity, but that's more a function it being a government contract provider and not a reflection of the actual company.
