      - Large userbase with relatively small eng org means lots of responsibility - ICs are empowered to make large changes - Business model that puts users first - Good moral compass (esp for a tech company) - Smart coworkers - Empathetic mangagement

      people are kind and empathetic. generally people dont take themselves too seriously here. the product is cool especially if youre into gaming.
