Not a Long Term Place - Sales Discount Lots Employee Review

As a sales representative at Discount Lots, I can confidently say that this company is an outstanding place to work. The management team is incredibly supportive, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to help us succeed. They foster a collaborative environment where everyone's input is valued, which makes it a great place to grow professionally.

So far, my experience working at Discount Lots has been overwhelmingly positive. I hope we can continue to grow and improve every day.

A perfect job to bet on yourself and your capabilities while avoiding all the corporate bulls*it and micromanagement that goes with it! The team is awesome and I love the fact that even though we are sort of competition to each other, we help each other out! For the first time I am having fun while working and manage to have work - life balance! I've read so many bad reviews about the Sales Manager and I feel like people are talking about a different person - the guy is laid back, knows how to motivate you, always here to help, flexible and of course that if you aren't doing well he might put you under pressure - but that's basically his job! He does like to joke around and if someone didn't understand his sense of humor - well, maybe they weren't a good fit for the company/team either!

So far so good! No complaints!
