Pros
Great culture, clear path for success if you desire to potentially make six figures as store manager. If you make it to assistant manager, you will learn a lot about business and how to manage a successful one which you can then transfer to a higher paying job.
Cons
Long and difficult road to make it to manager if you desire a six figure income. Company is very old school and the U.S. Marine culture is present. Employees are extremely under payed while also working 50 hour weeks if you are a assistant manager.
