Pep talks about the Culture, and lots of preachers about the great culture. End-of-year events If you are a contractor, good chance you get to pay for extra hours. If you are contractor then you can work remote not allowed for FTE.
Cons
Lot of workload on the FTE 8+ meetings and then you have to finish your work so assume it. Be ready to work over the weekend and holidays Being FTE you need to come office.
