Pros
Great family attitude, great benefits, fun outings, fantastic teamwork. The support system is amazing at Discount Tire, whether you have personal matters come up or financial troubles there are resources to help you get through all of it and nobody will judge.
Cons
The work is itself is not hard but it is a very fast paced and high stress job due to the busyness and high expectations for execution from the company.
