Great Company!! - Anonymous employee Discount Two Way Radio Employee Review

I am relatively new to the company but I am pleasantly surprised at how nice and helpful all of my coworkers are. It's never fun to be new with so much to learn but everyone works as a team and willing to teach. There are many long term employees, like 10+ years. Management is very supportive and casual. I chose to come in to the office for training but now am mostly remote, which is very nice. Owner is accessible and super friendly. There's also a full gym at the facility for employees to use.

Break room has a fancy coffee maker but no decaf.

Company is a family owned and they are extravagant in Christmas parties and company events. Great excercise room and they bring in a self defense/exercise coach at no charge to employees and their families. If you like sports, you will fit right in. Just about everyone is great to work with.

Company is run on a shoe-string, so they constantly worry if they are going to make it. Stress is very high when they have a bad sales day. Owner likes to micromanage and he will second guess just about any decision and he must have the final word. People are expected to work long hours, but they are not recognized for their efforts, and they are then expected to do more. Don't expect a raise. Management wants people to speak up, but then they don't listen.
