We are excited to share that we did raise our rates for our technicians at the end 2022. We are doing our very best to keep up with industry standards. We're sorry to hear that you felt that there was low supervision support. Being a supportive company is something that we constantly strive to offer more of by providing 1:1 coaching, supervision during sessions, ongoing training during staff meetings, and by making our supervisors and directors available for any questions, tips, and advice that our staff may need! We are very transparent about this job not being an easy one, but also like to focus on how rewarding and important the work we all do here is! Supportive Supervisors Flexible hours with school Paid training Office hour eligibility

Cons

Very few hours Supervisors don't even qualify for health insurance, let alone BTs The company went downhill in the last year, with a huge turnover rate Many new hires were left with no response or training for up to a month Some of the BCBAs are so tone deaf and clearly have their favorites (staff and clients) Routine virtual overlaps provide absolutely nothing constructive for the BTs nor the clients Many families are being pushed out of the company or leaving altogether due to the high turnover, which means fewer hours for BTs One scheduler can be extremely passive-aggressive and doesn't communicate well Pay discrepancies between BTs are horrendous, with new hires earning up to 6 dollars more than long-term BTs Sick time and PTO removed retroactively, despite already being dispersed You'll be available for 12 hours a day, but only work for 7
