Work-life balance difficult to keep (not specific to the company, but to the industry). Some managers can be distant or rude at times.

They give you free food and accommodation.

They seriously don’t care about their employees and they work on minimal services. That means that you’re always under pressure to do a lot of tasks you’re not even supposed to do as a waiter. There’s not a single day where you’re not working more 2-3 hours and they’re not paid. Salaries are a joke as well.
