Medical Transcriptionist - Anonymous employee Diskriter Employee Review

I did not get any reviews or feedback on my work performance from my supervisor for a very long time, then all of a sudden she decided to check my production and it was not up to par, so she told me to work on it and she would check back in a week. A week later, even though my production was back up required LPH, I was terminated. Very unfair. After my termination, I had to go through the Dept. of Labor for my state to get the PTO paid that I was due. They shorted me on the hours but I was locked out of my timesheets immediately after termination and the HR and Payroll departments at Diskriter refused my requests for documentation. It took months to get a check for what was owed to me. Very dishonest business practices.
