      The staff is knowledgeable, ready to help, and pleasant to work with. Upward mobility is possible. Small teams feel like a family. Acquisitions aren't aggressive - a company we recently acquired seems to be very happy with their new owners

      Pros

      The culture is phenomenal, as is the leadership. Engineers are encouraged to try new things, and have agency over their work. Decent compensation with great benefits and unlimited PTO (at the time of writing).

      Cons

      While their are plenty of opportunities to learn, there are few avenues to climb the career ladder internally.
