This is a rare compnany that cares about employees. If you work hard you can be succesful here. You get health insurance, bump in hours on slow weeks, opportunity for overtime and paid time off. A lot of installers are given a company vehicle paid for and maintained by the company.

The out of town travel can be a challenge. Short notice for change in schedule is not always easy.

Hard work is rewarded and advancement is possible if you are motivated, can take initiative and can learn from constructive feedback. The opportunity for overtime is great. Plus, I am offered paid holidays off and PTO time which is something I never thought I would get at a career like this. This company truly cares about the people that work with them.

Travel can be difficult on a work/life balance. The schedule can change with a short amount of notice, but that is the nature of this business and not really a complaint against the company.
