Good atmosphere - Software Developer Displate Employee Review

I got to enjoy a lot of autonomy and try new things out regarding content creation and copywriting. I also got to work from the comfort of my home. My favorite part of working there was the company leadership. Karol and Lukasz K. are good guys and I would love to work with them again anytime.

I wish they had more opportunities for me to work there but once my project was complete, they changed strategies didn't have anymore work for me. Not really a con though. It was just business, and I served my purpose.

Working at Displate as Customer Support was honestly one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had. The workload and pressure were overwhelming, expectations constantly changed, and the environment felt chaotic rather than supportive. Instead of proper onboarding and guidance, there was constant stress, micromanagement, and unrealistic performance pressure. After only one month, I decided to leave because it was seriously affecting my mental well-being and work-life balance. The company may look attractive from the outside, but my experience internally was very disappointing. I would not recommend this role to people looking for a healthy and supportive workplace.
