Pros

The office design is impressive. You get to work with great high profile companies and can network easily. Office Birthdays are celebrated with lunch.

Cons

In my experience the upper management has a "take and toss" perspective when it comes to employees. At first glance everything was great until I was told by my manager "All PM's are replaceable and we are lucky if they get 2 years out of them." During my time, paid leave was not accumulated until one year after working there. Even if I had PTO it was very frowned upon to use it. The Project Life cycle looks great from afar and in theory it should work amazing, but once I started taking on more and more projects I could tell it was very broken.

Pros

Pay is decent but don’t let that fool you.

Cons

“Disorganized company with little understanding of standard construction industry processes or proper project management structure. Projects are often effectively managed by sales rather than experienced PMs, which creates major issues with scope control, coordination, and cost management. Many projects seem to be estimated without solid numbers or realistic operational planning, setting jobs up for problems from the beginning. Communication and leadership are inconsistent, and the environment tends to be reactive instead of proactive. There are good employees there trying to make things work, but overall the culture and operational structure made it difficult to succeed long term.”
