Pros
Pay is decent but don’t let that fool you.
Cons
“Disorganized company with little understanding of standard construction industry processes or proper project management structure. Projects are often effectively managed by sales rather than experienced PMs, which creates major issues with scope control, coordination, and cost management.
Many projects seem to be estimated without solid numbers or realistic operational planning, setting jobs up for problems from the beginning. Communication and leadership are inconsistent, and the environment tends to be reactive instead of proactive.
There are good employees there trying to make things work, but overall the culture and operational structure made it difficult to succeed long term.”
