Pros
The work culture is amazing and unlike anywhere else I’ve worked before. The environment and the general vibe of the place is casual yet very professional. A balance which is very difficult to attain and maintain. Also, working closely with the Co-founder and the CEO of the company provides with a unique learning opportunity.
Cons
Work from home isn't ideal, but that is out of the company's control
