decent - Receptionist Distinction Hotels Employee Review

I enjoyed this job. I admit it was extremely busy, especially in summer, and we had lots of tour groups come through. You usually worked in pairs. Team were really friendly. Hotel sorted out hostel accommodation for me for a good rate. Nice location next to lake.

Each room had 2 double beds in so it was hardwork and you had to clean at a very fast pace. You got into a rhythm though. Hotel could have been a little more aware of waste (mini shampoos used ect rather than filling up pump bottles). A little stressful sometimes but housekeeping is very fast paced work.

No progressive opportunities and couldn't see business innovation or development.
