Pros
You are your own boss in terms of doing your work. If you aren't at their corporate office, you can roam around and do nothing and nobody asks. No proper reportings so you can literally do a part time job with this one.
Cons
They do not understand the difference between a position and a role. You enter with a technical position, might end up hiring field engineers and approving their claims(which take forever to get cleared) No timely salary Reimbursements are a myth. Never never travel for them. Poor team commitments
