No direction and low pay - Editor Distractify Employee Review

Excellent team, high pay per story, fantastic standards

Limited day time hours available (9-5) so evening work is not available, but it's sufficient for most people

I was paid on time, twice a month.

I prefer the freedom of freelancing, so I instantly regretted accepting a full-time offer from Distractify after I agreed to it. I asked to return to my freelance status, and it was great for a little while. Then the editors cut me without warning. They liked knowing I was stuck at my laptop for eight hours a day as a full-timer. They didn't like that I would get my articles submitted early and move on with my life for the rest of the day as a freelancer.
