      As this box is mandatory: They pay well above what they can really afford. They attract some good people...

      Cons

      ... and then don't listen to them. This needs a metaphor. Imagine a circus. But the clowns are the ones running it. Now imagine that circus decreasing in size until there's almost nothing left. Imagine that circus having to pay the performers to leave.

      Pros

      Great team ethos and fast-paced, but very supportive environment. Challenging, but in a very enjoyable way. Plenty of encouragement for an individual to succeed and for the right person, with the right attitude, great opportunities for progression.
