A great company to work for with friendly and supportive environment. Office based in Central Reading and is easy to commute to
Cons
An office of focused people who are very quiet! Role is very busy and workload is higher than I have had elsewhere, the working day is also an hour longer here than I have ever experienced but only by an hour a day. Benefits are less than other companies provide but I know this is something that is being enhanced and the company are focussed on changing.
