      DDS provides a place where you can develop in multiple areas. You have the security of a large company with the benefits of a small close group of employees. Your voice is heard and you can make a direct impact on the success of the company.

      Cons

      Not many cons. Health benefits could improve. New office space is on the horizon, looks to be a big upgrade from the current location.

      It is a fun yet professional environment to work in. Its nice to visibly see the company grow and see your work in action.

      Cons

      Location isn't ideal, though we will be moving to a newly constructed building in a few months. Small company benefits

      Great group of bright employees that I really enjoy working with. Management cares about the people and that makes the workplace ideal. Proven leaders in the industry make the future here bright!

      Break room lacks certain essentials. However, a new office is being built as I type!
