Great culture Support from management

No cons that I can think of!

The mission of the company is amazing and something that is positively impacting the community.

Their executive team is filled with ideas but lack the execution. Everyone in HQ talks behind the CEOs back but won't do anything to proactively change it. I've been told that they are in the red and some locations are struggling yet they aren't transparent with the team. I'd proceed with caution if you're considering working there.
