Some employees are really passionate about the work but most of them are not. Time is flexible but also will get into your personal routine. Benefits are great yet you are gunna need them all because the work demands are hectic.
Cons
Environnement that will burn you out right away. Managers lean a lot on their employees and most employees are demotivated. Communication gap between senior management and frontline workers. Demeaning and condescending treatment. Seniors will fire directly and indirectly everyone with constructive feedback and the will to change for a better workplace.
