Poor pay, no advancement, no recognition, massive burnout - Territory Account Specialist Diversey Employee Review

Pay is horrible. Worked there for 8 years and received barely a noticeable raise the whole time. No room for advancement. Management is very clique-y and clueless, as are the sales dept. Burnout is a real issue here, years of doing the same mundane tasks. Employee recognition is laughable. If someone from sales or management takes a dump they will send out emails upon emails about it. I was heavily responsible for winning a multimillion dollar account and received no recognition at all and was pretty much shut out. I quit after this.
