      You work on your own and take company van home

      Cons

      The management don't know what there doing. One says one thing and another says something different. Spent more time reading and deleting emails from other departments than getting actual work done. No support.

      - Regional Managers are excellent

      Cons

      -Completely gone to AI techs can no longer take care of the customers properly -horrible merit increases - work load expanded each day with no extra pay -micromanager beyond anything ever seen - no trust in their employees and out numbers reflect that compared to a few years ago - minimal room for advancement even with hard work
