I like the feeling of teamwork and collaboration, everyone is willing to jump in and help out. And the management is always receptive to ideas and input, there is very much an open door policy. I've been given opportunities to take on new tasks, which is key to long-term job satisfaction for me. And I love that no two days are the same, it keeps me on my toes and makes things interesting.

Everyone is so busy that internal communication can be challenging at times. And the company is growing so rapidly, our roles are constantly changing to keep pace with the demand. This is a good problem to have, but it can lead to confusion.

Some coworkers are kind and try to support each other despite the hostile environment. The facility and tools are decent—if you’re ever granted access to them.

Toxic leadership culture discourages communication and collaboration. High turnover in critical departments. Tribal knowledge dominates due to silos between teams. Deadlines are missed frequently, and the root causes are often hidden or misrepresented. The CEO is disconnected, yelled at my team for issues we weren’t involved in, and shows little understanding of how to lead. Took over three months to receive access to basic software. Office politics are rampant, and management ignores well-known internal issues. When concerns are raised, employees are told to "toughen up" regardless of context. Mental health is dismissed, and staff often have to comfort each other after toxic interactions.
