The market conditions is making the company go through though financial times.

Pay is better than most places where I live. Hours are consistent. The people I work with are very kind and considerate, unlike management.

Management runs the company based on fear of job loss. They will threaten you if you aren't doing exactly what they want and more, despite losing people so often. Everyone here would like to get a better job, but the opportunities are so few that we are stuck here.
