      Pros

      Established company that is still seeing a good bit of growth. High ethical standards and practices. Average market compensation for the most part.

      Cons

      Since it's still growing it's still seeing a lot of change. A great deal of constant change in a short period of time can sometimes feel overwhelming.

      Pros

      Good entry level jobs. Great benefits, although healthcare is expensive. Take advantage of college tuition reimbursement program, only way to advance in company is to have a degree. Overall, employee satisfaction is good. Salaries good but not high for exempt positions.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for internal advancement. Most management positions filled by transfers from parent company Florida Blue or externals. Lot of favoritism in review process and promotions. Customer Service jobs work a lot of overtime and often on Saturdays. Exempts work on the average 50 or more hours per week. Salaries low for nonexempt positions.
