When I started the culture was amazing. Good flexibility and fair pay.

Quickly things fell apart, management don’t listen (although they insist that they do), and there is no moral integrity behind the leadership team who refuse to look beyond the workplace to tackle systemic issues or even take strong stances on human rights topics.
