Pros

Flexible schedule like any startup would have, some nice people who care about DEI, decent WLB

Cons

Silent layoffs, team members disappearing without acknowledgement. Selective (white) team members given acknowledgment when they leave. Funny how that works at a DEI company. No job security, you’ll probably be put on contract and laid off when they don’t need you. Non-existent culture because leadership doesn’t invest money to connect people Poor and noncompetitive pay. Some competitors pay $20k more for the same role. Constantly putting quantity over quality and it shows. Client churn rate is ridiculously high. 30% of the company is interns Little to no learning experiences. Out of all the startups I’ve worked at (pre-seed, series A, etc.), this was the worst by far

Pros

I had a great experience working at Diversio. The work was meaningful and had direct impact on organizations. Furthermore, senior leadership was great to work with, and they supported me both professionally and personally. Overall, highly recommend!

Cons

As any start-up, it can get hectic at times with a lot to manage at once. However, senior leadership was always super supportive and receptive to any feedback that can improve the workload.
