Pros

Flexible timings as no one listens to HR. They are dumb with no power as only HOD HR believes in show off. Trainings are good

Cons

1. Payment is less. Only IIT students get good value not others. 2. Your skills are not important all they want is a labor. 3. Keeping fresh blood infused by recruiting freshers and not giving them experience letter even after completion of training period as your experience counts after confirmation. 4. HR dept is worst no recognition no work life management no gratitude towards work. 5. No transparency salary is based on imaginary factors. 6. MD intervens in every aspect of project. No accountability no responsibility 7. Every HOD makes sure he is not assigned any work. 8. few hods sit in canteen more hours than their cabin. 9.injustice towards everything 10. Does not recommend to any trainee 11. Torture starts after resignation. They do not accept if accepted they assign impossible tasks to complete. Later they torture for relieving and do not give experience letter. 12. Slangs are used from top management to bottom. Worst employee culture as y p u get to hear slangs on mother father and every person for small mistakes done by others

Pros

Very particular about Quality and follows all the latest ways of ensuring they are using the resources to the optimum. It is a great company to get insight in every department related to industry operations ,and is rapidly growing to become the best manufacturer of transmission solutions and has a wide customer base ranging from overseas customer UAZ to domestic automobile majors i.e Mahindra ,TATA motors etc.

Cons

The work environment is too open and not that disciplined till now as it is a growing and developing firm ,if you are seeking corporate work style such as in MNC's this is not the place to be . Collaborative mindsett not present yet in employees.

Pros

Knowledge, interesting projects, can learn the practical basics of mechanical engineering that is not taught in college, some departments enjoy more perks than rest

Cons

No work life balance, most managers lack professionalism, remuneration is below standard, there is barely any recognition for employees below manager level, no internet connection so one cannot keep up to date with latest advancements in the field, too much micro-management
