Impressive job titles for everyone to put on their resume. Median range pay bands for some roles. Good coworkers that tried hard, even if it felt like a Sisyphean dystopia.
Cons
The most incompetent senior management I've experienced in my career. This company is a reflection of the ZIRP era and wouldn't receive multiple rounds of funding in 2025.
