      Mostly Monday- Friday work Great exsperiance Great way to get into electronics world with no formal education

      Cons

      Extreme favoritism Lack of decent manager who knows how to actually manage Sometimes you worked long hours 18+ Company has no idea what it is doing with CDL laws or what qualify a as a cdl load Never knew if we had work the next week our boss constantly kept us in the dark
