Good only for UNEDUCATED and I.T.I. people. If you are totally unemployed and not getting job anywhere, not having any other option, then only go for Dixon.
Cons
After working for several months, i found it was the worst Company I worked in my whole career. All TOP LEVEL (H.O.) management people are unprofessional and doesn't follow any policy or rule. Only FAKE PROMISES during hiring, later all will be going to suck you completely and pay zero.Just a money oriented company, who wants their H.O. management people growth and care about their benefits. And PLEASE ELECTRONICS 'ENGINEERS', DON'T GO THERE. You won't get anything from them, Neither KNOWLEDGE nor EXPERIENCE. I worked here for almost all 2 years and NO ANY COMPANY is considering my WORK EXPERIENCE.
