      Pros

      Honestly speaking, there are no Pros.. Only PRO was it was in my hometown

      Cons

      1. They pay peanuts (very low salary) 2. Horrible Night Shifts.. Some shifts starts at 11PM, 12AM, 1AM, 3AM.. 3. Management acts like its the greatest company in the world 4. Last but not least, if you work here and go to some of the MNCs in future, you might not get hired stating "the company is blacklisted".

      Pros

      Good company to gain experience and learn things if you are a fresher. You will receive good assistance/help from peers and managers

      Cons

      Low salary and Low hike. The only con which I felt while working here was its low increment. You do have bonus each month based on your performance but to be eligible for it is quite tough with lots of requirement.
