You'll have all time to do nothing after a span of time when the company run out of client. There is nothing to say in pros

Salary will always get late as Anish Katyal the owner of the company is too dependant on clients to deliver the payment then only he make transfer to the employees. Majority of the time 3 months of salaries gets pended from him end. Even right now 4 of the employees have not received their salaries and when you say that you don't want to continue, the salary of whatever month is pending gets lapsed. I am lucky that I left early without any further loss. Even people are stuck and continuing so that they can get their salaries cleared.
