Pros
The overall quality of people hired is good at heart, and genuinely wants to be successful. You are surrounded by a diverse group of individuals who may or may not have college degrees, a long work history, young, old, and etc. When you are dedicated, leaders will be dedicated to you. However, if you do not produce sales, you will not be prioritized.
Cons
The worst part of working for this agency is the schedule. You are expected to work 6 days a week with only Sunday off. Furthermore, your day begins at 11 am and ends at 9 pm. The position is completely commissioned without a base salary. You will put mileage on your vehicle by driving to retail stores classified as events every day. There are no benefits as far as insurance for dental and medical, PTO days or etc. Also, beware of the childish behaviors in the office and pressure outside of the office. This job is basically door to door sales but inside of a Best Buy.
