Voice picking system is not enjoyable.

Regular pay increases, Quarterly bonuses. A profit Sharing plan. Basic Health Benefits available but expensive for the upgraded plan. Some of the Managers are actually pretty decent people. They have a lot of Pizza parties etc.

Some of the managers are extremely unprofessional. The Company leadership in Fort Wayne are completely "detached" from the realities faced by the warehouse teams. Associates in the warehouse can be extremely cliquey, and backstabbing. Some associates are favored above others, by certain managers. Upward growth is very limited due to this. Many highly qualified associates with past management experience are intentionally overlooked in favor of sycophants.
