I didn’t really go through any issues.

I worked alongside a great team that drove content, marketing, and public relations for the company while also, cross-collaborating with development, product & engineering, and programming & impact. The small but mighty team worked hard to execute and deliver the work under tough deadlines and also respected honest feedback and work-life balance.

You wear many hats with little to no recognition. It is tough to work in an environment where leadership does not take accountability for mismanagement, unrealistic deadlines, and a culture that struggles to implement DEI internally. Burn-out is to be expected.
