Easy to get CPA hours Lots of friendly people in the mix that do care. Lots of experience across various types of industries and clients.
Cons
The pay is below market value. Partners view you as a number, not a person. Heavy cliques and favouritism. Constant gossip and work politics, toxic environment. 1 day at home a week. You only get flex days if your quarterly chargeable hours are met (new in 2025, last year you just got them) Very strict on file budgets, lots of people eat their hours and dont record it.
