Pros
Working at Doba was a great learning experience. I was able to meet some fantastic individuals and received a lot of growth from working at Doba. Their CTO and COO are wonderful to work for! Great leaders and were clear with their expectations.
Cons
Their CEO was very passive aggressive and wouldn't give any feedback- negative or positive. You'd have to try and read his mind a lot of the time, as he was never clear with his expectations. If you didn't complete a task in the exact way he wanted you to, he would complain to the management team about the problem but never confront you to discuss it. It was a highly stressful environment due to his lack of leadership skills. The CEO wasn't organized at all, which negatively effected the rest of the team and created an unprofessional culture at Doba. Because the CEO isn't a people-person and lacks the type of personable skills to grow and lead the company, I foresee serious problems down the road with their growth and employee retention.
