      I joined as a probationer and now as a full time employee, I can really see how much I’ve grown. The work is interesting and fun to do and I’ve learned a lot along the way. The team is super helpful and always there if you need support.

      Cons

      Nothing major, just that things move fast and you have to adapt quickly.

      -Great environment for professional growth and sharpening technical skills. -You are afforded a lot of room to take charge of projects and create new creative avenues. You are actively encouraged to experiment with new workflows like AI -Very helpful, open minded team members who are always ready to help or lend a hand when needed. - Have the proper licencing for all tools needed for daily work - Fully remote work means really good work life balance compared to a regular on-site job.

      Smaller team size means short deadlines that can occasionally lead to tight turnarounds and high-pressure situations, which requires strong time management.
