Cons
As a small business, there is an expectation to fill in as needed. If you are uncomfortable wearing more than one hat or in producing quality work while multitasking, you will not fit in. Do not expect to have your hand held through every step of every day; they rely on individuals to be self-motivated rather than micromanaged.
Hard to leave an anonymous review on Glassdoor; because it's a small company, it's easy to see when one disgruntled former employee leaves multiple reviews in an effort to skew ratings.
