Pros

Made friends with other EMTs I worked with

Cons

WHERE DO I BEGIN; THEY TURN A DEATH EAR/NO OPEN DOOR POLICY. You need to create tickets to open an case for EVERYTHING (sick time, vacation, payroll) CAN YOU SAY "BREECH OF CONTRACT" because this company is good for that. REFUSE TO PAY what is owed to you. THEY DENIE time when put in for it (when you have it to use) THEY PUT their EMTS in harms way EVERY SINGLE DAY!! ALL they care about is their transports being done, they don't care if you are held over: THEY HIDE STUFF from their employees. Since resigning they have blocked me out of ALL my payroll stubs etc, emails (with all of my emails to all the departments along with tickets that I have created with cases, etc. THEIR company never ALLOWED ANYHTING to be screen shot. THEY ARE VERY SHADY!! They hide a lot and do NOT communicate like a company should. AND LIE: I have A LOT OF PROOF against this company. Lastly their trucks and equipment is HORRIBLE!! Not safe to drive nor for the patients. I WOULD NEVER CALL THEM to transport my LOVED ONES. EMTS get hurt left and right on their clock and THEY DO NOT CARE!! I can write a novel.

Pros

The recruitment team does the best it can with changing priorities

Cons

None just that it is a small company so role may not be safe if business is not doing well
