Pros
There’s not enough shifts to go around so if you need something covered it’s super easy to find someone.
Cons
Management is terrible. Poor communication and constantly firing and hiring management. “Dispatch” is a joke as well as the app they use. Best advice would be to go somewhere else unless you want to be a laughing stock of EMS. Plenty of other companies out there.
