Pros
You get to work from home. It was okay at first. Job is easy enough as long as you don't interact with certain people in the company.
Cons
Promises are never fulfilled here. Nobody keeps their word. I'm from the PH team and work offshore. There are several persons working at the top of PH management that are incredibly incompetent and do not have any managerial skills at all. They openly act condescending towards other employees and sometimes outright bully others. But they have the ears of the people at the top and the company believes whatever they say. But I can't talk about the problems more specifically because apparently these people don't have a great influence on the company. Despite their incredibly bad reputation among the PH team, it seems that upper management like working with these people. And are willing to overlook the fact that so many within the PH team despise them. Escalations have proved futile and upper management seems to have no interest in the subject. Salary increases here are also insulting. The lowest salary increase I've ever heard of within the freelance space.
