Pros

We worked half-days because we were part-time. That gave me a lot of flexibility with school, my other job, and my friends & family, which was nice.

Cons

The pay was low and they were never clear about sales commission. There were no benefits (since we were part-time) but I also heard that other full-timers didn't get benefits, either. Despite being on multiple continents, this is a surprisingly small company. It has little to no discernible structure. Management is frequently unavailable and unreachable for questions, guidance, or support. In fact, on the day I left the company, I had to tell the secretary, as my manager was out of the office (again). Maybe they do things differently in Spain, but their sales process was deceptive. They had us call random companies, pretending to be someone we were not, in order to gather information; then call back later, representing the company. That's not how you build trust. I was first put on Logistics, then Banking, then something else. I was never given a demonstration about how the software I was trying to sell worked, or how it was supposed to add value to potential customers, or even how to pursue these industries, other than calling random people who had no power to buy the software in the first place (or had objectively better software than what this company offers). The owners of the company came to America, from Spain, for a visit; and didn't even come to the offices. That was weird. This is why I left the company after a few months to work with my family.

First off, onboarding experience does not exist. Other than getting your login, there is no guide with useful links. You need to ask everyone and when asking a question nobody can answer nothing. They claim Microsfot teams is not a collaboration tool. The company refuses to adopt any basic project management principles. Zero career development opportunities. Job titles always changing. Other people are let go with little to no notice. 1600 USD + commission sounds great however you will sit at the keybaord with little to zero co worker interaction. Laptop that will be issued to you will be 10 years old. RED FLAGS: 4 Account managers in the past year Unrealistic targets - expect to help others make their targets Zero product training. Management wanting you to chase for client payments before the due date which means corporate does not have any money. They give you the exe file and say "have fun" Every meeting is highly disorganized, clients emails are not responded to in a timely manner as nobody can provide an answer. There's more I can say but I think you get the idea where this company is going.
