Pros
My office was the first office acquired by docbraces in Western Canada. I have been able to be a part of wonderful company that continues to provide innovative support to help me grow in my professional career. I have been given the opportunity through the years to expand my experience and skills and gain continued leadership skills. I could not be more grateful for the support I have been given.
Cons
I have two areas that I feel could use continued improvement. The first being compensation. Although there is opportunity for bonuses through targets, I feel baseline wages could be improved. Secondly, creating more of a work life balance. I do have to say though,docbraces is implementing a workplace/life balance program which I am excited to be a part of in the new year!
