Pros
- The benefits are good - I have a good work/life balance - There are some super clever people here to work from - I believe in the cofounders mission, they seem genuine
Cons
- The individual teams can be disjointed, there's no much cohesion for the larger team - Due to the nature of being in the medical sector, there is a LOT of red tape to contend with to get code out the door - There is a systemic issue of poor management that starts with the CTO - Annual pay rises are less than inflation
